3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • No-Show: In case of a no-show, the booking will be marked as cancelled and may be non-refundable.

  • Early Check-Out: No refunds will be provided for early departures unless otherwise stated in the property’s individual cancellation terms.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By staying at any SomaStays property, guests agree to:

  • Maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff, and local customs

  • Not engage in illegal, offensive, or disruptive behavior

  • Use property facilities with care – damages may incur charges

  • Follow check-in/check-out times as communicated

SomaStays reserves the right to cancel or terminate any stay without refund if these rules are violated.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • SomaStays reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

  • Payments can be made via secure payment gateways, UPI, or Bank Transfer.

SomaStays is not responsible for any payment failures or bank-related issues.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • SomaStays acts as a platform to connect guests with homestay providers.

  • While we strive to maintain high-quality experiences, we are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, accident, natural disaster, or unforeseen events during your stay.

  • Guests are advised to carry valid ID proof and travel insurance, especially in remote or high-altitude regions.

8. User Content
