At SomaStays, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. However, since we operate in remote and high-demand mountain destinations, every booking impacts local hosts and operations directly. Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund cancellation policy to ensure fairness and commitment.


🔒 Cancellation Policy Overview:

  • All bookings made on SomaStays are non-refundable.

  • In the event of a cancellation by the guest, any advance payment will not be refunded under any circumstance.

  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

    • Change of travel plans

    • Medical or personal emergencies

    • Weather disruptions

    • Missed flights or transport

    • Unforeseen circumstances


✅ Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial advance payment. Once confirmed, no part of the advance amount is eligible for refund.


🔁 Rescheduling

We currently do not allow rescheduling or date changes. If you wish to change dates, a new booking must be made based on availability.


❌ No-Show Policy

In case of a no-show (when a guest does not arrive on the check-in date), the booking will be cancelled automatically, and no refund will be processed.


📍 Special Note for Group Bookings

For group bookings, the same no-refund policy applies. Please ensure that your group members are fully informed before confirming the stay.


⚠️ Exceptions

Only in rare cases like natural disasters officially declared by authorities, SomaStays may allow credit for a future stay, but this is purely at the discretion of management and not guaranteed.
